Janie Hickman

Guest Instructor

Janie began her yoga journey when her sons were young and needed a way to get some exercise and relax. Calming the mind and self acceptance have been key in Janie's practice. A lover of learning, Janie completed her first 200 hour yoga teacher training in April 2015 and her second with Louise Cameron in February 2016, has trained with Ana Forrest and travelled to Philadelphia in October 2015 to become a registered facilitator for the Embody Love Movement.
At a time when body awareness and eating disorders are at an all time high, Janie knows the workshop is important whether you are 7 or 97.

Mark Reinhart

Guest Instructor

Mark loves to move. He seeks to create spaces and stages from which others can meet a sense of rhythm and play. His classes are charged with an athletic past including gymnastics, yoga, pilates, and dance, and he intends toward colliding these histories in creative and challenging ways. He chases the moments between moves, between the inhales and exhales, and looks to investigate how those in-betweens can help cultivate a thoughtful way of moving through space. He invites you to land in class with the sense of an explorer, ready to find all the wonderful ways that our hearts, minds and bodies can connect to create a fluid, grounded, and kaleidoscopic practice.
